POSITION SUMMARY:The incumbent will provide assistance to the recruitment and onboarding activities.
- Coordinates with other HR Staff
Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program such as BS Psychology, Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Advertises job vacancies to various sourcing channels- Reviews applications received and schedule applicants for exam
Check applicant's examinations
Conduct background check on applicants Assists in the different functions and services of the Human Resources & Admin Department (HRAD)
