The mission of the HR Intern is to support the People & Culture Team by efficiently staying on top of the recruitment process admin and clerical tasks and providing comprehensive administrative assistance. This role is essential in maintaining a good employer brand with the company's talent pool and maintaining smooth HR operations.
- Duties & Responsibilities:
- Conduct talent search for key positions, messaging at least 10 candidates per day.
Ensure on time sending of thank you messages to rejected candidates.
- Assist in filing of candidate application forms.
Prepare and file employee 201 files.- Manage and update Applicant Tracker Sheet.
Assist and support employee engagement activities (creation of pubmats, event logistics, etc.)
- Assist in employer branding content creation and initiatives.
Checking and timekeeping of intern DTRs.- Other duties & tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
- Key Criteria/Requirements
- Currently taking Bachelor's degree in Psychology and/or other related courses.
