Job Summary:
As an HR Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in various aspects of human resources management. Under the guidance of our People & Culture team, you will assist in day-to-day HR operations and projects, contributing to the success of our organization while developing valuable skills and knowledge in the field.
Duties Responsibilities:
- Assist with various HR administrative tasks, such as maintaining employee records, updating HR databases, and organizing personnel files.
Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing orientation materials, coordinating new employee orientations, and monitoring of pre-employment requirements.- Contribute to employee programs and initiatives, including planning and organizing activities, events, and presentations.
Assist in benefits administration tasks, such as enrollment processing and updating benefit information.
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by the People and Culture team.
RequirementsQualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
