Our company is currently looking for interns in the Human Resources and Administration Department. The HR interns will assist in tasks like recruitment and timekeeping.
Timekeeping: Assist the HR Assistant in preparing employees time record
- Recruitment: Source candidates
Conduct paper screening and perform interviews- Schedule candidates for exam and interview
Assist in test administration and check their assessments
- Encode applicant's data in a database
Assist in other clerical tasks such as filing- Employee relations: Assist in any HR activities and/or events
Perform other assigned tasks from time to time
Human Resources Management
Any equivalent degree program
Hours to render: minimum of 150 hours- Must be willing to work onsite (Makati City)
Must be proficient in MS Office applications
- Excellent communication skills
Highly organized, resourceful and a team player- Must be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality
Must be presentable and with pleasing personality
- Willing to start immediately
