Job OverviewThis position is responsible for creating and driving the strategic imperatives of human resources information systems, data management, developing and designing data-driven solutions and analytics as inputs to management decisions in increasing the human resource productivity of the organization. It is responsible for influencing line leaders to create data-driven solutions and conclusions to efficiently deliver and implement integrated human resources systems and initiatives to achieve its overall business targets and goals.
- Human Resource Information System
Leads in developing and securing integrated and efficient human resource information systems to meet organizational needs
- Works with the IT department to perform regular assessments and improvements of the HRIS.
Oversees HRIS upgrades and system additions in partnership with the Information Technology (IT) department.- Designs user-friendly systems, processes, and guidelines in updating the HRIS and in generating relevant reports and insights.
Ensure all HR-related systems are compliant with data protection laws.
- Supervise the day-to-day activities of the HR information systems, ensuring efficiency
- 2. Master Data Management and Governance
Works with HR operations in HQ, Area, and Region for the timely updating and integrity of HRIS data covering regular and outsourced workers.
- Manages control, priority, and hierarchy of application settings, application updates, and mass data updates, maintaining data integrity and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Conducts periodic data integrity audits and assessments to ensure governance in data and systems, such as but not limited to compensation, payroll, timekeeping data inputs, etc.
- 3. Human Resources Dashboard and Analytics
Develops relevant, data-driven, and easy to understand HR and employee productivity dashboards and insights in coordination with the HR management team.- Prepares headcount reports/dashboards, both regular and outsourced services, to ensure alignment based on approved organization structure or services contracts; raises issues and recommends data analytics actions as needed.
Processes and generates employee data and reports as may be required by other HR teams
- Coordinate with HR BP in addressing issues affecting casual HC such as but not limited to monitoring, reporting, discipline, etc.
Provides recommendations on employee-based productivity and other insights.
- 4. Reports Preparation and Submission
Prepares department reports (daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly).
Prepares department budget, monitors and ensures operational expenses are within approved budget.- Assess and implements cost-savings opportunities while maintaining the quality and level of service.
- 6. Organization and People Development
Coaches, mentors, and identifies training and developmental needs and job competencies of line personnel to build a well-informed, well-trained, empowered workforce, and stable organization- Develops job descriptions and performance measures of subordinates and communicates the same to subordinates. Complies with Performance Appraisal policy
Conducts periodic staff meetings to update plans and initiatives
- Engages the workforce in establishing harmonious relationships and follows the proper implementation of Company Rules & Regulations, including discipline, work attendance, etc.
Provides feedback, motivation, recognition, and support to the team to enhance engagement- Tracks the implementation, leads, and participates actively in Management Routine meetings to sustain functional and cross-functional performance reviews and collaboration.
College Graduate: Degree in Industrial Engineering or Management Engineering /Applied Math/Operations Research, Economics or Statistics.- At least six years of work experience in Human Resources information systems and data analytics, with three years in a supervisory capacity.
Knowledge in Project Management, Six Sigma, Data Analytics, and Visualization.
- Knowledge and practical experience in HR database administration, labor laws and regulations, and compensation and payroll systems.
Knowledgeable with major HRIS platform such as Workday HCM.- Exposure in the beverage or FMCG industry is a plus.
