Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field
- Minimum of 2 years of previous experience in a Human Resource role required
Knowledge of HR laws, practices, and policies is required- Excellent communication skills, including written and verbal.
Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint. Previous experience with HRIS systems and timekeeping systems strongly preferred
- Proficient in relevant hiring platforms
Must be a team player who can handle diversity and uniqueness of each person
Lead HR team to fulfill organizational goals- Oversees end-to-end recruitment process
Oversees government remittances and makes sure it is paid timely
- Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
Provides support to the executives and operations- Implements HR/Admin processes, policies, and guidelines
Coordinates employee recognition programs and events
- Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
