As the Head of HR at Mober, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our organizational culture, driving talent acquisition strategies and ensuring resource availability and readiness across all functions of the business, and ensuring the development and retention of our workforce. You will be instrumental in building a workplace environment that fosters innovation, inclusivity, and growth, aligned with our mission to revolutionize sustainable transportation.
- Strategic HR Leadership:
Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
Drive initiatives that support Mober's growth, scalability, and sustainability.
Provide strategic guidance to the executive team on all HR-related matters.
- Talent Acquisition and Management:
Establish and implement robust talent acquisition and management processes
Oversee the full spectrum of recruitment activities, from sourcing to onboarding,
ensuring we attract reliable talent in the industry.
Ensuring all organizational resourcing needs are met promptly and reliably.
Implement effective retention strategies to reduce turnover and enhance employee
engagement.
Work closely with C-suites to develop career development programs and succession
plans to nurture internal talent.
- Employee Relations and Culture Development:
Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture that reflects our startup's values and
promotes collaboration and innovation.
Manage employee relations issues and ensure fair and consistent application of
company policies and procedures.
Implement programs to enhance employee morale, well-being, satisfaction, and
work-life balance.
- Performance Management and Training:
Design and implement performance management systems to drive high performance
and continuous improvement.
Develop training and development initiatives to upskill employees in line with industry
trends and technological advancements.
Work closely with C-suites to conduct regular performance reviews and provide
constructive feedback to employees.
Work closely with Data analytics team to develop robust KPIs and tracking mechanism
to implement strategic HR decisions
- Compliance and HR Operations:
Ensure compliance with all applicable local labor laws and regulations.
Manage HR operations including payroll, benefits administration, and HR systems.
Oversee the maintenance of accurate employee records.
Qualification and Skills
Proven track record of over 10 years in HR roles, ideally within high-growth startups or
the logistics industry, demonstrating progressive responsibility and achievement.
Strong business acumen with the ability to translate complex business goals into
actionable HR strategies and initiatives.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills honed over years of
successfully leading and inspiring diverse teams in dynamic and fast-paced
environments.
Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and decision-making,
leveraging a decade of experience to drive organizational excellence and sustainable
growth.

Pay: Php50,000.00 - Php70,000.00 per month
