Job Description

  • Recruitment and Staffing
Develop and implement procedures to assess and benchmark staffing levels and evaluate candidates, focusing on behavioral traits and competencies to enhance business processes and profitability.
  • Organize job advertisements
  • Collect and review resumes from all applicants
    • 2. Training
    Identify both individual and organizational training needs. Design and deliver internal training programs as required.
    • 3. Salaries, Wages, Benefits, and Rewards Oversee the recommendation, administration, and execution of the company's annual salary review. Create reward and incentive schemes to boost productivity and efficiency.
    • 4. Performance Appraisal Reviews Conduct semi-annual job appraisals and take appropriate actions based on the results.
    • 5. Promotions Recommend potential promotions for professional staff, including issuing promotion letters and contracts.
    • 6. Policy Development Develop and introduce new human resource policies to enhance efficiency and productivity. Regularly review and update existing policies as necessary.
    • 7. Discipline and Sanctions Ensure compliance with disciplinary procedures. Maintain and monitor personnel records, including vacation leave, sick leave, absences, tardiness, and other policy infractions.
    • 8. Health and Safety Ensure adherence to health and safety rules and policies.
    • 9. Agency Transactions Coordinate with agencies regarding replacement, disciplinary actions, and management policies affecting agency workers.
    • 10. Employee Relations Act as a liaison between management and employees

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
