- 3. Salaries, Wages, Benefits, and Rewards Oversee the recommendation, administration, and execution of the company's annual salary review. Create reward and incentive schemes to boost productivity and efficiency.
- 4. Performance Appraisal Reviews Conduct semi-annual job appraisals and take appropriate actions based on the results.
- 5. Promotions Recommend potential promotions for professional staff, including issuing promotion letters and contracts.
- 6. Policy Development Develop and introduce new human resource policies to enhance efficiency and productivity. Regularly review and update existing policies as necessary.
- 7. Discipline and Sanctions Ensure compliance with disciplinary procedures. Maintain and monitor personnel records, including vacation leave, sick leave, absences, tardiness, and other policy infractions.
- 8. Health and Safety Ensure adherence to health and safety rules and policies.
- 9. Agency Transactions Coordinate with agencies regarding replacement, disciplinary actions, and management policies affecting agency workers.
- 10. Employee Relations Act as a liaison between management and employees
