I. JOB SUMMARY: As an HR Generalist you will be responsible for e-commerce (Grocery Delivery) of WalterMart, your role will encompass a diverse array of responsibilities. You'll serve as the primary resource for employees seeking guidance on HR matters.
- II. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies.
- Undertake tasks around performance management.
Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form.- Ensure compliance with labor regulations.
Other task that may assigned from time to time.
- III. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
Degree holder of Human Resource related courses or any equivalent/related field.- Proven experience as an HR Generalist.
Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures.- Good knowledge of employment/labor laws.
Excellent communication and people skills.
