We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team. The HR Generalist will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the HR department, including but not limited to recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
- Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers
- Coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in an HR Generalist role
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
