We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Generalist with a strong emphasis on Employee Relations to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our company culture, ensuring employee satisfaction, and addressing any concerns that may arise. This role is pivotal in fostering a supportive and engaging workplace where employees feel valued and heard.
Act as the primary point of contact for employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to employees and managers.- Address and resolve employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances promptly and effectively.
Conduct thorough investigations into employee complaints and recommend appropriate actions.
- Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace satisfaction and retention.
Foster a positive and inclusive work environment through regular communication and feedback sessions.
Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process, including job postings, interviewing, and orientation.- Manage employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Support performance management processes, including performance appraisals and development plans.
- Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices to employees and management.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives that align with business objectives.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.- At least 1 year HR experience in a tech company/ BPO industry is required.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion and empathy.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

Pay: Php20,- 00 - Php28,000.00 per month
