Job description Graduate of Psychology/Human Resources Management, or equivalent
- With at least 6 months experience in Construction Industry
Adopt in all facets of HR including Recruitment, Training, Payroll/Timekeeping, Employee/Labor relations and Organizational Development- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Willing to start immediately
- Duties & Responsibilities
Administer compensation and benefits plan
- Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment process
Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training and development initiatives- Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
- Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
Organize employee performance reviews- Acts as a representative of the company in some activities, meeting, seminars and other related matters.
Monitor the employees movements (transfer, regularization, promotion, resignation and termination).
- Perform other job assigned from time to time by the HR Manager
Strictly follow company rules and regulations.
