Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field- Minimum of 3-5 years of HR experience, with exposure in all facets of Human Resources
Solid understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws
- Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong analytical skills with experience in data management and reporting- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity
- Demonstrated ability to improve HR processes and systems efficiency
Willing to work onsite: Quezon City (Near Banawe)
