i. Timekeeping of Backoffice and Operations
ii. Final checking of timekeeping from stores
iii. Preparation and printing of payslip.
iv. Computation of last pay/ 13th month pay of resigning employees
v. Doing the Government Mandated Benefits contributions and reports
i. Spear head the evaluations of employees
ii. Issuing notices and disciplinary actions
iii. Take charge of employee issues and concerns
iv. Doing investigation for incident reports
a. Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
