Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
- Conduct investigations and resolve employee complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
Facilitate communication between employees and management.
- Training and Development:
Assist in the development of training programs to ensure employee growth and development.- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
- Compensation and Benefits:
Administer employee benefit programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.- Conduct salary surveys and job evaluations to ensure competitive compensation.
Assist employees with benefit inquiries and claims.
- HR Policies and Procedures:
Assist in Developing, implementing, and update HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Maintain employee records and ensure confidentiality.
Coordinate performance appraisal processes and ensure timely completion.- Assist in the development of performance improvement plans.
Support managers in addressing performance issues.
Maintain HR information systems and ensure data accuracy.
- Prepare HR reports and metrics for management review.
Manage employee offboarding, including exit interviews and documentation.
Maintain and update employee records in both physical and electronic formats.- Ensure that all employee records are accurate, up-to-date, and confidential.
Organize and file documentation such as employment contracts, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions.
- Job Qualifications/Specifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in HR roles.
Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
