Job Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Employee Relations:
Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
  • Conduct investigations and resolve employee complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
Facilitate communication between employees and management.
  • Training and Development:

Assist in the development of training programs to ensure employee growth and development.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
  • Compensation and Benefits:
Administer employee benefit programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
  • Conduct salary surveys and job evaluations to ensure competitive compensation.
Assist employees with benefit inquiries and claims.
  • HR Policies and Procedures:
Assist in Developing, implementing, and update HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Maintain employee records and ensure confidentiality.
  • Performance Management:
Coordinate performance appraisal processes and ensure timely completion.
  • Assist in the development of performance improvement plans.
Support managers in addressing performance issues.
  • HR Administration:
Maintain HR information systems and ensure data accuracy.
  • Prepare HR reports and metrics for management review.
Manage employee offboarding, including exit interviews and documentation.
  • Documentation
Maintain and update employee records in both physical and electronic formats.
  • Ensure that all employee records are accurate, up-to-date, and confidential.
Organize and file documentation such as employment contracts, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions.

  • Job Qualifications/Specifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in HR roles.
Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php19,
  • 00 - Php23,000.00 per month

    Schedule:
  • 8 hour shift
Day shift
Supplemental Pay:
  • 13th month salary
Overtime pay
  • Yearly bonus
