Assists the Payroll and Benefits Specialist in the preparation of Summary of Deductions and Timekeeping.- Checking and annotating of Daily Time Record of employees under Agency for payroll purposes.
Monitors and submits reports for Daily Attendance Monitoring (DAM), Tardiness Report (monthly and quarterly), and DOLE Monthly Employment and WAIR Report.
- Processing and documentation of Employee communication allowance.
Assist in reconciliation of Employees SMART accounts.- Checking and/or preparation of billings for manpower and Employees accounts.
Processing of employee's birthday greetings notification, funeral, and calamity assistance benefits.
- Registers new employees in Biometrics System.
Annotates ID request form to be submitted to Graphic Designer & Communication Specialist.- Assists in maintaining HR Files and documents (Permit to Leave (PTL), Leave Application Forms, ID Requests, Itineraries, Tardiness Offsetting, Leave Plantilla)
Handles HMO and GPA monitoring, evaluation, and renewal processes.
- Assist Employee in HMO and GPA eligibility and other related concerns.
Processing of Employees Health Permit annually.- Processing of Tourist Visa applications of employees and Travel Insurance when needed.
Conducts regular training related to compensation and benefits process updates and procedures.
- Attends employee personal request such as statutory loan request, reimbursements, billings, advances, and other forms of employee requests related to work.
Stand-in for co-HR Assistant Recruitment, compensation and benefits when needed.
