Our company is seeking a highly skilled HR Generalist. The HR Generalist will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all labor laws, regulations, and requirements.
implement and oversee HR policies and procedures in accordance with DOLE and the Philippines Labor Code
- Advise management on employment law and regulatory compliance matters
Manage employee relations and provide guidance on disciplinary and grievance issues- Review and update employee contracts, policies, and procedures
Conduct employee investigations and recommend corrective actions
- Develop and deliver HR training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll, benefits, and other HR-related activities- Maintain accurate HR records and documentation
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field- At least 2 years of experience as an HR Generalist
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proven experience in employee relations and HR compliance
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Knowledge of HRIS (Human Resource Information System) is a plus
