RESPONSIBILITIES:Has experience in general management of the four (4) facets of human resource management and development.
- Has direct experience in the process and management of organisation development programs.
Can perform interviews and assessment of applicants and can perform document review of application blanks vs resumes.- Can manage company's benefits program for both statutory and non-statutory programs.
Can attend to all employee relations concerns, inquiries, requests pertaining to their employment status.
- Can manage a team or has direct experience in managing the day-to-day functions of his/her staff.
Has experience in designing organisational programs such as events, rituals and other company initiatives.- Has experience in developing new processes and systems related to human resource
Can conduct training and can prepare basic training modules.
With at least 3 years of experience in HR Management and Learning & Growth
- Must be a graduate of Management Courses, Psychology or HR is preferred.
Must be proficient in MS Office and other applications- Must be proficient in both written and oral English
