Creates job post for vacancies, assess applications for shorlisting,
Conducts intial interview , administers selection , prepares reports and provides recommendations to management about staff appointments.
Conducts orientation for newly hired employee to ensure compliance to company policies
Analyzes the skills and qualities required for each particular job and develop job descriptions and duty statements
Designs and executes employee engagement programs to motivate employees.
Determines staffing numbers, skills and needs to meet the organization's objectives in coordination with the managers .
* Maintains and updates personal records of employees .
Handles employees relations that include work concerns , grievances , disputes, disciplinary policioes and procedures to ensure fairness and consistencies
Promotes employee relations measures.
Develops grievance and disciplinary policies and procedures to ensure fairness .
Establishes with department heads work rules and monitors their applications and enforcement to ensure consistency.
Ensures that all staff are aware of policies and procedures in place.
Manages promotions, demotions, transfers, terminations as necessary.
Organizes employee welfare services such as loans and sickness application to government agencies , health and safety programs.
Prepares internal memorandum and notices .
Provides advice and support to managers and staff for all HR related matters
Undertakes general HR tasks such as monitoring of employees attendance , service incentive leaves ( SL /VL) .
