Must act as a strategic HR business partner - must practice foresight at all times in identifying requirements of the program and its leaders while addressing current and future challenges. An important role of the HRG will be to provide effective advice and coaching to key stakeholders.
Conduct weekly or bi-weekly meetings with business leaders and provide HR advice where necessary
Be up-to-date on employment laws and regulations, as well as other legal requirements regarding people management, to help leaders ensure compliance
Provide guidance on the creation and implementation of HR processes and policies
Conduct day-to-day performance management guidance to supervisors and managers
Collaborate with other HR team members on Labor, Engagement, and Compensation and Benefits
