HR Generalist

Myriad ICT Services, Inc. is looking for an experienced HR Generalist-Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a broad knowledge of human resources functions, from hiring to onboarding and from employee compensation to evaluation. If you have a passion for all HR facets, are familiar with labor law, and look to develop your career in HR management, this is the place to be.

• Key Responsibilities

The key HR generalist responsibilities you will take on for are but not limited to:

• Handling compensation and benefits (SSS, Philhealth, Pagibig etc.)

Helps in candidate sourcing and recruiting

• Employee onboarding

Mediation between the business and our employees

• Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Development Management, or any related course.

• At least 3 years of working experience in the field of Human Resources or equivalent.

Technologically skilled.

• Familiar with government mandated benefits, policies, transactions etc.

Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Willing to be assigned at Ugong, Pasig City
