The ideal candidate should have a broad knowledge of human resources functions, from hiring to onboarding and from employee compensation to evaluation. The key HR generalist responsibilities you will take on for are but not limited to:
- Handling compensation and benefits (SSS, Philhealth, Pagibig etc.)
Helps in candidate sourcing and recruiting
Mediation between the business and our employees
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Development Management, or any related course.- At least 3 years of working experience in the field of Human Resources or equivalent.
Technologically skilled.
- Familiar with government mandated benefits, policies, transactions etc.
Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Willing to be assigned at Ugong, Pasig City
