Qualifications:
- College graduate of HR-related course
Preferably has at least 1 year experience handling recruitment and timekeeping
Trustworthy
Responsibilities:- Timekeeping of employees attendance
Talent Acquisition:- Communicate with the agency for the pooling of candidates primarily promodisers vacancies
Conduct initial interview for the rank and file employees
- Issue pre-employment checklist and authenticate requirements for direct-hire employees
Conduct employee orientation for direct-hired rank and file employees
Employee Relations:- Drafts Return to Work Order Notice and submit to HR Manager for approval
Performance Management:- Ensure timely communication, execution and completion of the performance evaluation process for 3rd and 5th month appraisals
Employee Engagement:- Assists HR Manager in the implementation of employee engagement activity
Work Assignment:
Work Schedule:- 8:30am to 5:30pm, Monday to Saturday

Pay: Php16,- 00 - Php17,000.00 per month
