Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources or any related field.
At least 2 years relevant experience in Recruitment and Training and Payroll System.- Excellent interpersonal and communication Skills
Ability to keep confidential information

Proficient with HRIS and Management system.
- Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for providing support to daily Human Resources (HR) Department functions.
- Assist in the timekeeping and payroll preparation every cut-off period.
Assist in the recruitment process.- On-boarding new employees and off-boarding separated employees.
Attends and participates in employee disciplinary meetings and investigations
- Inspection and submission of DOLE's online report annually.
Coordinate HR projects, meetings and training seminars.- Spearheads employee relation activities.
Build partnerships with schools (technical and vocational) all across the region to ensures sufficient supply of manpower.
