HR Generalist Job Description Oversee end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection of qualified applicants.
- Maintain and update job descriptions and qualifications.
Ensure proper approval of job offers before sending to applicants and conduct new hire orientations.- Facilitate documentation for employees wishing to resign for exit clearance.
Coordinate job offer and employment requirements for selected candidates.
- Manage 201 filing requirements and secure necessary filings for staff and doctors.
Collaborate with management to assess and adjust manpower needs.- Proactively source staff, doctors, and relievers as needed.
Compensation and Benefits:
Ensure timely and accurate reporting and payment of government contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-Ibig).
- Assist employees in availing government benefits like Maternity and Sickness benefits.
Monitor leaves, medical benefits, and other benefits provided by MD PLUS.- Administer LOAs for medical benefits and coordinate with HMO provider.
Calculate last pay and 13th-month pay for employees.
Maintain updated HR files and ensure compliance with DOH, DOLE, and ISO 9001-2015 standards.
- Coordinate with Quality Management Representative when necessary.
Secure WAIR and other reports required by DOLE.- Keep management informed about new advisories from DOH and DOLE.
- Training and Development:
Collaborate with management and OICs/Clinic Managers to identify staff training needs.- Process training requirements with accredited agencies.
- Employee and Labor Relations:
Address employee concerns and escalate to management as needed.- Provide resolution and due process for employee conflicts.
Conduct performance evaluations and appraisals for probationary and existing employees.
- Implement company policies and disseminate memorandums.
Ensure alignment of management prerogatives and procedures with DOLE regulations.- Act as management representative for doctors and assist in onboarding them.
Monitor housekeeping personnel and ensure accuracy of timesheets.
Issue memos for holidays, reminders, and other announcements.
- Manage messenger services and address related concerns.
Handle odometer, trip schedules, and other logistical matters.
Bachelor's degree in Psychology or any Human Resource-related field.- Minimum of 1 year of experience in all HR facets.
Ability to handle difficult situations and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Strong time management skills.
Willingness to travel between Alabang and BGC, Taguig.- Proficient in computer applications.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to maintain discretion with sensitive information.
