The HR Generalist will manage a range of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR practices and be adept at handling various administrative tasks while fostering a positive work environment.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in an HR generalist role, preferably within the construction industry.
In-depth knowledge of Philippine labor laws and regulations.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
