QUALIFICATIONS:- Graduate of Psychology / Human Resources / Behavioral Sciences / Management or equivalent
With at least three (3) years of professional experience in handling Employee Relations (company events and employee discipline; policy making)- With people management skills
With full understanding of HR functions and best practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication
Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)- Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
Well organized with good sense of responsibility.
- DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
Analyze and evaluate existing strategies, policies, and procedures, and reforming them with the help of other suervisors and staffs.
- Contribute to a healthy corporate culture that supports growth and equal opportunity.
Implement and manage HR policies and procedures aligned with the organization's vision, mission, and goals.- Support other duties that maybe assigned from time to time.
