Key Responsibilities:- Recruitment and Onboarding: Coordinate the recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, and conducting interviews.
Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.Employee Relations:
Address employee questions and concerns, providing guidance and resolutions as needed. Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture through effective communication and conflict resolution.
- HR Policy and Compliance: Assist in the development and maintenance of HR policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, keeping the organization up-to-date on changes.
Performance Management:
Support performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback, and performance reviews. Work with managers to address performance issues and help develop improvement plans.Benefits Administration:
Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks. Assist employees with benefits-related inquiries and enrollment.Training and Development: Identify training needs within the organization and coordinate training programs. Promote professional growth and development opportunities for employees.
- HR Data and Reporting: Maintain HR records and generate reports for management. Analyze HR data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.- High level of confidentiality and integrity.
Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office.
- Willing to be assigned in Sta. Rosa, Laguna
