I. Principal Purpose (s) Of The Position
Assist in the implementation of Employees Relation Programs and Labor Relations strategies of JFI and MBC plant base employees.
Ii. Duties And Responsibilities
Oversee full-cycle recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Manage employee relations, addressing grievances, and providing support to ensure a positive workplace environment.
Administer performance management processes, including performance reviews and development plans.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, updating policies as needed.
Coordinate training and development programs for employees.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
Support payroll and benefits administration.
Assist with the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar role.
Strong knowledge of labor legislation and HR best practices.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
