Job Summary:An HR Generalist is responsible for recruiting suitable candidates to fill vacancies, orientation and onboarding of new hires. An HR Generalist is also responsible for providing employee administrative support, compensation and benefits administration including timekeeping and payroll generation, employee relations and safekeeping of employee 201 files and other confidential HR documents as well as compliance with government and mandatory reports.

- Knowledge and Skills Requirements:
A college degree in AB or BS Psychology / Human Resource Management.- Preferably with at least two (2) year work experience as HR Generalist or in similar capacity.
Trustworthy and able to handle confidential matters with utmost discretion.
- Has competencies to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships in all levels of the company.
Excellent communication skills spoken and written.- Knowledge on MS Office applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
Must be organized, detail-oriented and able to multi-tasks with minimum supervision.
- People-oriented, results-driven and willing to learn new skills and competencies.
In-depth knowledge of Labor Laws and HR best practices.
