- Monitor office staff performance and recommend improvement actions

- Knowledgeable in other HR Facets and specialized in Employee Relations
- Must be a graduate of BS Psychology or BSBA Human Resources
At least 1 year and up of working experience in the related field
- Excellent in written and verbal communications
With experience in Employee Relations is a plus- Can do task with minimal supervisions
