ABOUT THE ROLEThe
HR Generalist will support the HR Manager in managing various HR functions, with a major focus on recruitment. This role will also include managing social media platforms to enhance the company's employer brand. The HR Generalist will ensure alignment with overall HR strategies and company goals, working closely with the HR Manager to achieve these objectives.
_Recruitment and Talent Acquisition_:
- Support the HR Manager in developing and implementing innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Take part in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and hiring.
- Collaborate with Operations Business Unit Heads to understand staffing needs and requirements.
Conduct reference checks and facilitate submission of pre-employment requirements.- Maintain and update the talent recruitment dashboards and provide monthly reports.
Provide support for the onboarding process to ensure a smooth and positive experience for new hires.
_Social Media Management:_
- Manage the company's social media platforms to promote job openings and enhance the employer brand.
Create engaging content and campaigns to attract potential candidates.- Monitor and analyze social media metrics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment efforts.
_Employee Engagement:_- Assist the HR Manager in the creation, planning, and implementation of employee engagement initiatives and events.
Update and maintain the employee engagement monthly dashboard.
_Employee and Labor Relations:_
- Assist the HR Manager in documenting and communicating new and updated company policies.
Support the HR Manager in addressing employee grievances and disciplinary actions.- Ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations.
_Performance Management_- Assist the HR Manager in monitoring the timely completion of performance evaluations.
Support the HR Manager in executing employee development plans.
- Assist in analyzing productivity reports and metrics.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of HR experience, with a focus on recruitment and social media management.
Experience in the finance and business consulting industry is a plus.- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
