Responsibilities
- Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers.
- Manage employee relations, including handling employee grievances, conducting investigations, and making recommendations for corrective action.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, benefits records, and other HR-related documentation.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee benefits.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Provide support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
- 1-5 years of experience in HR generalist role.
- Knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations in SEA.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
