Qualifications:- Candidate must possess a Bachelor/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Human Resources within the optical or retail industry, demonstrating a deep understanding of industry-specific HR practices and challenges.- Should have strong analytical skills.
Advance knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Demonstrates Team collaboration and Team spirit.
Good command in English oral and written skills.
Act as a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP), leading initiatives to improve employee engagement, drive cultural development, and address workforce concerns.- Assist in the talent acquisition process, including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding, to secure top talent for the organization.
Conduct thorough employee onboarding sessions and coordinate continuous training and development programs.
- Design, promote, and implement HR programs and policies aimed at creating a productive, efficient, and conflict-free workplace environment.
Gather and analyze HR metrics, such as time-to-hire and employee turnover rates, to provide data-driven insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.- Organize and facilitate quarterly and annual performance review processes, ensuring timely and constructive feedback for all employees.
Support the development, implementation, and enforcement of human resource policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with company goals and legal requirements.
- Undertake performance management activities, including setting performance standards, conducting evaluations, and providing feedback to employees.
