Qualification Requirements- Graduate of AB/BS Psychology, HRDM, or any related field

Resourcing & Talent Acquisition
- Facilitates sourcing activities for applicants in the specific area assigned making sure that Manpower Requisitions will be delivered on the prescribed cycle time resulting in team completion. (Screening, Posting, and attending Job Fairs)
Prepared and facilitates recruitment documents such as Job offers, Contracts of Employment, and at the same time ensure 100% compliance with pre-employment requirements.
Performance Management- Monitors Performance Evaluation of all employees of the company.
Gathers Performance Review results of all employees in assigned areas, consolidates final ratings, and forward to HR Manager.
Compensation & Benefits
Facilitates reporting and payment of government remittances (SSS, PHILHEALTH & PAG-IBIG)
Reports- Submits needed HR reports
Performs other tasks as may be requested by the immediate head.
