The HR Generalist responsible for fostering a positive work environment by addressing employee issues, resolving conflicts, and ensuring adherence to company policies and labor laws. This role involves collaborating with various departments, providing guidance to employees and managers, and developing programs that enhance employee satisfaction and productivity.
Conflict Resolution:
> Mediate disputes between employees and managers to ensure a harmonious workplace.
> Conduct thorough investigations into employee complaints and grievances, documenting findings and resolutions.
Policy Implementation:
> Develop, implement, and communicate HR policies and procedures.
> Ensure company policies compliance from all across deployments.
Employee Support:
> Serve as a resource for employees, providing guidance on company policies, benefits, and workplace issues.
> Assist employees in understanding their rights and responsibilities under company policies and labor laws.
Performance Management:
> Support the performance appraisal process by training managers and providing tools and resources.
> Assist in developing performance improvement plans and follow-up procedures.
Training and Development:
> Conduct training sessions on topics such as conflict resolution, harassment prevention, and employee relations best practices.
> Develop and implement employee engagement and retention programs.
Data Management and Reporting:
> Maintain accurate records of employee relations issues and resolutions.
> Prepare reports on employee relations trends and provide recommendations for improvements.
Compliance:
> Stay updated on changes in employment status and best practices in employee relations.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience:
> 1-2 years of experience in employee relations or a related HR field.
> Experience in conflict resolution, investigations, and policy implementation.
Skills:
> Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
> Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
> Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
