The
HR Generalist (Employee Relations) is responsible for keeping employees engaged through activities that make the work environment more enjoyable, keeping industrial peace, and building a culture of discipline and compliance. This role will be reporting to the Human Resources Team Lead and will work closely with stakeholders. Responsible for facilitating employee relations and mediating human resource issues on behalf of the company. Deals with issues related to employee and management relations and works to help employees and management. Work requires coordination with all facets of Human Resources.
- Job Specifications and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in industrial /organizational psychology, Behavioral Science, Bachelor of Laws,
- Business Management, Organizational Development or Equivalent.
At least 3 years of experience in Human Resources and Administration handling HR General functions or- Labor Relations in particular.
Solid experience in labor relations and employee relations gained from agile environment.
- Knowledge in Employee and Labor Relations, Law and Government.
Leadership and industry certifications will be an advantage.- Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
Ability to maintain the confidentiality of employee and records.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with all employees.
