We are seeking a motivated and experienced HR Generalist to join our team. The HR Generalist will play a crucial role in managing daily HR operations and implementing our HR policies and programs. The ideal candidate will have a broad knowledge of HR functions and a passion for building a positive workplace culture.
Recruitment and Onboarding:o Manage the recruitment process from job posting to candidate selection and onboarding.
o Conduct new employee orientations to ensure a smooth transition into the company.
Employee Relations:o Serve as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
o Mediate and resolve workplace conflicts to maintain a harmonious environment.
Performance Management:o Support the performance review process and assist in the development of performance improvement plans.
o Facilitate discussions between managers and employees to promote growth and development.
Training and Development:o Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs.
o Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives.
Compliance and Policy Management:o Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
o Develop and update HR policies and procedures.
Compensation and Benefits:o Administer employee benefits programs.
o Assist in salary reviews and compensation benchmarking.
HR Administration:o Maintain employee records and HR databases.
o Prepare reports on HR metrics and activities.
Health and Safety:o Promote workplace health and safety practices.
o Manage workers compensation claims and return-to-work programs.
Employee Engagement:o Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives.
o Organize company events and recognition programs.
HR Projects and Initiatives:o Participate in HR projects and seek opportunities to improve HR processes.
o Ready to take on any tasks, duties, and responsibilities assigned by management.
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
5 years of experience in an HR generalist role.
Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
100% Onsite: Dedicated to working fully in-office for optimal productivity and collaboration.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office Suite.
Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
