Position Summary:
Responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources (HR) department, including overseeing and preparing employee contracts, updating employee data in the masterlist, maintaining 201 files, and managing records.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Monitors/Tracks contract renewal of employees.
- Maintains 201 files and record management.
- Encode employee data in the HR Information System.
- Ensures that the masterlist contains the most recent information about the employees.
- Work hand in hand with Team Leaders and/or Campaign Managers for the employees performance evaluation after training and probationary period.
- Prepares all employment contracts, training, and lateral transfer documents.
- Monitors employment status of employees who are qualified for probationary and regular employment.
- Performs other duties of a similar nature or level.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Psychology, Human Resource Development Management or equivalent.
- Candidates with third-party background investigation experience are highly preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Can work under pressure and maintain a positive and professional attitude towards handling employee feedback and concerns.
- Must be keen on details.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Willing to work full-time and on-site.
- Willing to work on holidays.
