Duties and responsibilities: Identify manpower needed in the company.
- Posting suitable candidates through online employment, social media etc.
Conduct interviews and sort through applicants to fill open positions.- Assess applicant's knowledge, skills and experience to best suit open positions.
Performing reference and background checks.
- Complete requirements for new hires.
Brief orientation regarding company's reputation and good employment opportunity.- Discuss employment type, compensation, benefits, pay dates and contract period.
Introduce new hires in each department of the company.
- Organize and update employee 201 files.
Prepares reports needed for Recruitment and Employment.
Implements and maintains the company policies and procedures based on employee handbooks.- Conduct employee orientation.
Evaluate and investigate the source of problem and issue in the workplace.
- Performs progressive discipline such as by giving verbal and written reprimands, warning letters NTE (Notice to explain), suspension and dismissal/termination from employment contracts.
Counsel employees regarding work, family or personal problem- Discuss employment leave based on their contracts.
Attends legal hearings for the purpose of providing testimony and monitoring proceedings.
- Responds to inquiries from employee and/or external parties for purpose of resolving issues facilitating communication among parties, and/or providing information or direction.
Responsible for training and development concerning all pertinent HR related issues.- Develops schedules and conducts technical, management and interpersonal skills training to improve employee performance.
Conduct exit interview.
Process and issue employee earnings and deductions.
- Compile employee time, production, and payroll data from time sheets and other records.
Review daily time card, wage computation, and other information in order to detect and reconcile payroll discrepancies.- Verify attendance, hours worked, and pay adjustments, and post information onto designated records.
Record employee information, such as exemptions, transfers, and resignations, in order to maintain and update payroll records.
