Qualifications:
- Graduate of 4-year degree courses, preferably Psychology and other behavioral sciences related courses
Good communication skills- Preferably with exposure or knowledge with other HR facets
Detail-oriented, organized and able to multi-task
- Knowledge in SAP system is an advantage
Can start immediatelyResponsibilities:
-Recruits, interviews, and facilitates the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
-Handles employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff.
-Administers employee benefit programs
-Facilitates employee movements (onboarding to separation)
