Job Summary:_
The HR Generalist will be responsible for performing the administrative functions of the HR Department. This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: compensation and benefits administration, recruitment, onboarding, assist in employee relations especially in grievance and disciplinary management, and records management.

Knowledge and Experience Required (Minimum Qualifications): At least 1 year
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
Work Experience/ Number of Years/ Necessary Training Requirement
Skills: Knowledge in labor laws and regulations
With Strong analytical skills
