Job descriptions:- Assist with all internal and external HR related matters.
Manage the organization's employee database and prepare reports.- Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
Prepares and process government statutory benefits.
- Knowledgeable in SSS, PhilHealth, Pagibig, and BIR.
Prepares and process timekeeping, payroll and releasing of payslips.- Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practice.
Assist employees with government benefits and loans.
Graduate of BS Psychology, BS Business Administration or any related course.
- With at least 1-2 years of experience in HR field particularly Compensation and Benefits.
Knowledgeable in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
