Qualifications
- Must be a graduate of Operations Management, Office Administration, and other similar courses
- Must have at least 1 year of working experience in the related field
- Must be willing to be assigned in different HR facets
- Must be knowledgeable in Employee relations
- Overall purpose: Prepare and update the employees files in the system.
Provide feedback, and reports and create analysis on how to increase the performance engagement of the teams.
Other administrative tasks may be assigned from time to time
- Must be willing to work on site in Quezon City
