Case handling process:Receive and validate incident report submitted to HR ER from Coordinators assigned to clients
Prepare and issued Notice to Explain to erring employee
Prepare invitation to erring employee for a conference
Conduct investigation/admin hearing for employee grievances
Provide counseling to employee upon issuance of Disciplinary Action
Implement Disciplinary action to erring employee (based from the company code of discipline)
Coordinate with clients for case handled (as needed)
Issue demand letter to AWOL employee
Attend to DOLE and NLRC hearings
Handles all terminable cases
Completion of Clearances of inactive employees (resigned/ retrenched employees)
Assigned in sending memo via LBC to erring employee
Issuance of back-to-work letter
Issuance of Certificate of Employment
Attend to job applicants (as needed)
Entertain employee's concerns
Close coordination with all coordinators assigned to various clients
Conduct an exit interview
Other tasks assigned by the Head
Call out applicants with incomplete requirements for faster deployment
Call out existing deployed employees with incomplete requirements
Proper filing of employees submitted requirements to 201 folders, before submission to Records Section
