About the roleAs an HR Employee Relations at Acbel Polytech Philippines, Inc., you will be responsible for managing employee relations and supporting the overall human resources function. This full-time position is an integral part of ensuring a positive and productive work environment for our valued employees.
Receive and address employee complaints, escalating them to the appropriate level for disciplinary or legal action when necessary.
- Serve Notices to Explain (NTEs), conduct investigations, and issue disciplinary memoranda.
Prepare and maintain the Employee Relations (ER) database
for reporting purposes and manage other relevant documentation.Conduct orientation sessions for new hires
, including discussions on the Code of Conduct.Promote positive work relationships among employees through company activities and programs such as social events, employee benefits, and communication initiatives.
- Act as a communication channel between employees and management.
Provide management with insights
on issues related to employee relations and organizational matters.Organize company events
such as birthday celebrations, summer outings, anniversary parties, and holiday gatherings.Perform other tasks as assigned by the immediate superior.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
- At least one year of experience in employee relations or a related HR field.
Comprehensive understanding of labor laws, industrial relations, and HR best practices.- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team and cultivate positive relationships with employees at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
