HR EMPLOYEE AND LABOR RELATIONS SPECIALIST Facilitate from a review of the incident report, issuance of a Notice to Explain, and the conduct of administrative hearing up to the issuance of a Notice of Decision.
Ensure that all Incident reports, NTE, NOD and disciplinary action are being handled correctly and in a timely manner.
Conducting investigations into employee complaints, grievances, or misconduct allegations.
Assisting in the implementation, and interpretation of HR policies and procedures related to employee relations.
Create professional and well-drafted investigation records; Prepare monthly reports on employee disciplinary actions.
Ensures compliance of the company on General Labor Standards, Occupational Safety & Health Standards and Security of Tenure.
Attend and represent the company on DOLE labor case hearings and mandatory conferences (DOLE SENA and DOLE Conciliation).
Coordinate with the external law firm regarding labor cases; facilitate all necessary actions needed in the resolution of labor cases; monitor, update status, and prepare reports on the status of labor cases.
Stay up-to-date with changes in labor legislation, healthcare regulations and industry trends to ensure the company's policies and practices remain compliant and competitive.
Assist with employee offboarding, including deactivating company accounts and coordinating offboarding clearance routes.
Conduct exit interviews and compile monthly offboard reports.
Performs other related duties that may be assigned by superior from time to time.
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a labor relations or industrial relations role, preferably in the food industry- Proven track record in building relationships with SENA hearing officers
In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with employees
Experience in DOLE ERS reporting WAIR, Semi-annual Reports, and Placement Reports
Preferably Certified Safety Officer 2 / First Aider
Willing to work on onsite working setup
