PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:- Guide newly hired employees for deployment on their actual site.
Provide continuous assistance by addressing employee concerns and processing their needed information or documents.- Weekly Roving to the sites assigned to assist employees external for their needs.
Strictly Maintain employee records by monitoring their attendance, Late/Tardiness and Absences according to policy and legal requirements.
- Maintain all employees from external are guided by the company code of conduct & rules and Regulation.
Assist client concerns immediately.- Serve NTE, NOD to employees or by reporting incident reports from sites.
Collects External Employee Daily time records or extract data on biometrics in timely manner.
- Timekeeping and Recording of Daily Time record of External employees.
Sending of Weekly or Daily Accomplishment reports and Monthly Reports.- Support Talent Acquisition in manpower requisition by reporting additional MPR request, transfer or replacement of employees.
Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance.
- Other task assigned by immediate superior.
