We're looking for an
HR Coordinator to join our
Aviation team.As an HR Coordinator
, you will ensure the overall delivery of HR-quality service to achieve employee/member satisfaction.
You will play an important role in our Aviation team by being responsible in the:
- You will verify the total required hours worked, extended hours, and other timekeeping-related information
Prepare payroll summary and endorse to the client for approval
- Submit the approved payroll summary for processing
Distributes check payout and pay slips within 24 hours from the payout date
- Identifies, attends, and resolves members issues and concerns
- Gathers and submits data such as absenteeism, tardiness, turnover, profitability, safety practices, fulfillment reports, and member-related data
Receives billing documents from processors and submits to key people
- Graduate of Management degree or any related degree
Experience in airport or aviation industry is desired
- Above basic skills in MS Excel/Google Sheets
Good communication skills, including presentation, effective interpersonal skills, detail-oriented, organizational skills, high emotional quotient, leadership skills, service oriented- Willing to do field work in different locations (Terminal 1 and Terminal 2, Pasay airport)
