Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist with all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests.
Maintain hard copies of employees records.- Assist with performance management procedures.
Schedule meetings, manning's or schedule of work of external employee.
- Coordinate training sessions and seminars.
Perform orientations and update records of new staff.- Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
Support other assigned functions.
- Keep up to date with the latest HR trends and best practices.
Check the safety of the employees from time to time.- Practice safe working techniques.
Implement and maintain health and safety standards.
- Maintain compliance with all safety regulations.
Conduct regular staff meetings to share best practice techniques.- Standardize health and safety in order to remain consistent.
Identify hazardous waste and disposing of it correctly.
- Promote safety initiatives.
Compile and maintain relevant registers to ensure compliance.- Regularly inspect equipment.
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in human resources or related.
With at least experience as an HR coordinator or with experience in handling manpower.
- Exposure to Labor Law and employment equity regulations.
Effective HR administration and people management skills.- Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office and related business and communication tools.- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
Meticulous attention to detail.
- With experience as Safety Officer is a plus
