Human Resources Field Coordinator
We're a small manpower agency, the job is more of field work but not limited to, visiting clients and deployed employees per client. Basic HR problem solving and labor law, 201 recording, contract and evaluation monitoring, employee recruitment and counseling, and other key HR functions.
We're located at Pasig Greenpark Village, Manggahan, Pasig City.
Qualifications: KIND READ BEFORE APPLYING
- MUST HAVE A DRIVERS LICENSE CODE 1 / 12, and CAN DRIVE A AUTOMATIC MOTOR UNIT
- manpower experience & labor law exposure is an advantage
- Bachelors Degree in any course but preferable in connection with people management / human resources
- young, energetic, willing to learn with good written and verbal communication skills, positive attitude, attention to detail and trustworthy,
- computer literate / basic to average knowledge with microsoft applications (e.g. word, excel and powerpoint)
